Pipedream’s Bondage Tape Review
Pipedream’s bondage tape is one of the first BDSM sex products I bought… five years ago! Before I explored the beautiful world of sex toys, I explored the exciting world of bondage products. Pipedream’s bondage tape has been a staple in my sex drawer for years, so I figured I’m more than qualified to review the product, so why don’t I?
General Information
Pipedream’s bondage tape ranges between $7 and $8, but it’s never usually priced any higher. It’s made out of PVC, giving it that sexy shine. Each roll contains 35 feet of 2-inch wide tape, which lasts me quite a while.
The Positive
The $8 price tag of this product is enough to have me sold on it, but there is so much more to love!
Pipedream’s bondage tape claims not to pull at hair or skin, and it’s 100% correct! I always wrap this stuff around my pet’s head to cover his mouth, and it never sticks to his medium length hair. When applying and removing, never once did it cause him any pain by sticking or pulling.
When being used on me, I find the tape to be soft and smooth against my skin. It’s extremely comfortable even after being bound for a long period of time. When bound tightly, I never found myself chafing.
Saving the best for last, I find that the greatest perk of this product is how incredibly secure it is. My partner commonly finds himself breaking out of restraints, and it tends to ruin the moment for him, but we never have that issue with this bondage tape. In fact, I’d say it’s impossible to break free from it.
The Negative
Call me biased, but I have nothing negative to say about this product; I’ve used it for 5-years, and not once did I have a complaint.
UPDATE: Guess I found a negative. I no longer support this brand. I have seen a lot of questionable things about their company and the production of their sex toys. If you want to buy bondage tape from a more trustworthy company, I will provide a link.
Note: Though not a negative, I want to warn you that scissors are a must-have with this product!
Due to the tape being PVC, it is nearly impossible to rip or stretch through it, making scissors a much-needed accessory. Worst comes to worst, you can unravel all the tape you just applied, but that’s a pain in the ass.
Conclusion
After 5 years of using Pipedream’s Bondage Tape, I’d be a fool if I said I didn’t recommend it. It’s the perfect product to spice up any sex life, especially if you’re new to intimate products. No matter your experience level, this product has a lot to offer at a small price tag, so if you haven’t tried it already, you should!
